Artists

Artists

We are very fortunate to have so many talented and diverse artists in the area of Langholm. You will find some on the High Street and others tucked away down our winding streets in their workshops. During the annual Spring Fling week, many artists open up their studios to the public.

Artisans

Artisans

From beautiful retro fashion items and ethical fine jewellery to exquisitley crafted designer furniture, Langholm has a wealth of high-quality artisan designers and makers.

Most of these businesses trade online, but also welcome visits from customers, when restrictions allow, check their respective web sites for contact details.

Theatre

Theatre

Langholm has always been associated with the performing arts with amateur companies like Langholm Operatic and Dramatic Society since 1923 and Centre Stage Community Theatre with it's vibrant young troupe.
The Buccleuch Centre, 'the best little theatre in southern Scotland' provides a state of the art venue for its year-round programme of professional and amateur entertainment.....or at least it does when COVID allows!!
